Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Barkie.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies referenced herein.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

Use of this website and purchase of products is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding agreements.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

If you are under 18, you may use this website only with parental or legal guardian supervision and consent. The parent or guardian bears full responsibility for the minor’s actions.

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed in violation of this section.

SECTION 2 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws.

You must not transmit viruses, malicious code, or harmful material.

A breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Services.

SECTION 3 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is encrypted during transmission via secure payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission.

Headings used in this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS & NATURE OF USE

Our products are designed primarily as decorative fashion accessories for pets and their owners.

They are NOT intended to serve as:

  • Safety equipment

  • Heavy-duty restraint devices

  • Training collars

  • Functional control collars for strong-pulling dogs

  • Medical or veterinary equipment

The customer bears full responsibility for selecting a product suitable for their pet’s size, strength, temperament, and behavior.

Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colors, sizes, or finishes may vary slightly.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCT SAFETY DISCLAIMER

By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are solely responsible for determining suitability.

  • You will inspect the product before each use.

  • You will supervise your pet at all times while wearing the product.

  • You understand that small parts may pose choking or ingestion hazards.

  • You assume all risks associated with use.

Barkie shall not be liable for any injury, choking incident, ingestion, allergic reaction, illness, property damage, loss, or claim resulting from misuse, improper use, failure to supervise, or use contrary to the product’s decorative purpose.

SECTION 6 – PRICES & MODIFICATIONS

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

SECTION 7 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock limitations, or incorrect product information.

If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

SECTION 8 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver products within estimated delivery times.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs authorities

  • Security restrictions

  • Force majeure events

  • Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery of the product to the shipping carrier.

If a package is returned due to incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipment fees will apply.

SECTION 9 – CANCELLATION & RETURNS

(According to Israeli Consumer Protection Law)

Right of Cancellation

Customers may cancel a transaction within 14 days from:

  • Receipt of the product, or

  • Receipt of transaction details

Cancellation Fee

We may charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction price or 100 NIS (whichever is lower), as permitted by law.

Return Conditions

  • Product must be unused

  • No signs of wear

  • In original packaging

For hygiene and safety reasons, used pet products may not be returned.

Exceptions

No cancellation right applies to:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Products manufactured specifically for the customer

  • Items not returnable for hygiene reasons once opened

Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless cancellation is due to defect or our error.

SECTION 10 – LIMITED WARRANTY

We provide a 30-day limited warranty strictly against manufacturing defects existing at the time of delivery.

To submit a claim, the customer must notify us in writing within 30 days of receipt and provide proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence.

If a defect is confirmed, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a partial or full refund

Our decision shall be final.

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Scratches, tarnishing, discoloration, oxidation

  • Damage caused by chewing, pulling, excessive force, or improper use

  • Accidental damage

  • Damage caused by other animals

  • Water damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Damage resulting from failure to supervise a pet

This is the sole and exclusive warranty provided.



SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and/or anyone acting on its behalf shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage caused as a result of the use of any service or product purchased through the Website.

In addition, Barkie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including but not limited to injury to pets or persons, property damage, emotional distress, loss of profits, or loss of data.


All products are provided “as is” and are intended solely as decorative fashion accessories. Any use of the products is at the sole responsibility and risk of the customer.

Total liability, if any, shall in all circumstances not exceed the amount paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

SECTION 12 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, or tools linked on our website.

SECTION 13 – USER COMMENTS

We may use, edit, publish, or distribute any comments submitted to us without obligation, compensation, or restriction.

SECTION 14 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Barkie harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Violation of any law

  • Injury or damage caused by your pet

SECTION 15 – FORCE MAJEURE

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or transportation failures.

SECTION 16 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

SECTION 17 – NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

SECTION 18 – TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by either party.

We may terminate access to the website immediately if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 19 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.

Exclusive jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
